1) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding any account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3) Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • Quotes and proposals are valid for the time stated on them.
  • Deposits may be required to begin work; remaining balances are due as agreed.
  • Unless specified, prices exclude taxes, third-party licenses, hosting, and transaction fees.
  • Late payments may incur a late fee or pause in services.

4) Templates & License

  • Purchased templates are licensed for use on the number of sites specified in your invoice or license terms.
  • You may modify templates for your own or your client’s site, but you may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense them as templates without our written permission.
  • Stock photos, fonts, or third-party assets used in demos may require separate licenses for production use.

5) Intellectual Property

The site, templates, designs, text, code, graphics, and other materials are owned by EDIT-THIS COMPANY NAME or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly allowed by these Terms or your license, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

6) User Content

You retain ownership of content you supply to us. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use that content as reasonably necessary to provide the services (e.g., building your site). You represent that you have the rights to provide such content and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

7) Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.
  • No attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or services.
  • No uploading of malicious code, or infringement of others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.

8) Third-Party Services

We may integrate with or recommend third-party tools (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, Web3Forms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9) Disclaimers

The site, templates, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the site, templates, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service or template giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EDIT-THIS COMPANY NAME and our officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the site or services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or services at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, licenses that were granted subject to payment remain in effect for the term purchased unless revoked for material breach.

13) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of EDIT-THIS JURISDICTION without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in EDIT-THIS CITY/STATE/COUNTRY. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
